THE OLD SMOKE

View from our rooftop bees in Westminster.

At the London Alchemists we lovingly care for our own bees, located all around London. As we open up our hives for regular inspections, we truly see the magical crafts’man’ship from these talented ladies!

LONDON'S BEES

This week we were lucky to spend some time in the sunshine with @thelondonbee inspecting bees in central London. Although I forgot my gloves, I still helped inspect the hives, while admiring the beautiful scenery of London. These lucky bees get a pretty good view everyday...and rent free! We are in the middle of the main nectar flow which runs from the end of June till mid August so the bees were focused on their daily errands of foraging around the city and didn't really pay much attention to us!

    ASAP: As Slow As Possible

Wildflowers turn abandoned fields into wondrous dreamlands. They are independent, resilient plants that bring beauty to the mundane. Like wildflowers we must allow ourselves to flourish and grow in all the unlikely places people never thought we could.
