Step into a world where ancient traditions, bee magic and plant folklore come together. Remedies From the Hive is a unique, hands-on workshop inviting you to explore the timeless relationship between humans and bees through intentional crafting and ritual.

Set in our vibrant Surrey studio - perched just above our honey and wax workshop - you’ll be guided through a sensory journey that honours the bees and the earth. A space to explore and play.

Workshop Overview:

As we delve into the alchemy of the bees, we will learn about propolis, pollen, bee-friendly flowers and honey - all of which are powerful, transformative, earth-infused mediums. In this workshop, we will craft an array of remedies, inspired by ancient traditions and folklore, that harness the power of the hive.

• The magic and properties of hive-made ingredients: honey, beeswax, propolis, pollen

• The healing power of herbs, flowers and seasonal plants

• Ancient recipe traditions passed through cultures and communities

• Intentional crafting as a form of gratitude and connection

By the end, you’ll leave with a collection of handmade remedies and a renewed appreciation for the bees who inspire it all.

Dates - 2026 (voucher can be purchased with flexibility which you can use on any of the dates when they are listed)

Location - The Wild Bee Workshop, Surrey
Cost - £75 (includes unlimited tea/coffee + cake! Plus all materials, your collection of crafted creations and some goodies to take home!)

About your host!

My name is Moni - I am an artist, apiarist and alchemist. Over the past 10 years, my journey with the bees has profoundly shaped my creative process, allowing me to explore the magic and alchemy of the hive. With 15+ years as a designer working for some of the biggest brands, I continue to channel that creativity into crafting fun, colourful creations and rituals inspired by the bees and made with intention.

What to Wear:

Please come in comfortable attire. Anything you won’t mind getting a little waxy!

What we will provide:

All materials and tools needed to craft your bee inspired rituals.
Help yourself to ‘unlimited’ tea and cake throughout the day! (IMPORTANT - Please let me know of any dietary requirements beforehand). End the day with our homemade mead or our homemade non-alcoholic honey cordial, celebrating the ancient connection between bees, honey, wax and Mother Earth.

Terms and Conditions

We have high demand for our courses and put a lot of effort into preparation. If you are unable to attend the course after booking, get in touch with us at least two weeks in advance. I will try to move you to another date where possible. Please note: 25% of your course fee is non-refundable if you cancel your place on the course date.

We are fully insured and have first aid training.
