Made by Bees. Prepared by Us.
Our beeswax comes from our own colonies around the Surrey / West Sussex border, where our bees forage across the woodlands, wildflower meadows and countryside surrounding the Surrey Downs and Box Hill.
The wax is collected as part of the natural cycle of beekeeping and honey production, then carefully processed and double filtered in our own studio.
Beeswax is one of nature's most remarkable materials. Made by honey bees to build their honeycomb, it has been used for generations in candles, polishes, crafts and natural products.
Because beeswax is a natural product, colour and aroma can vary naturally from batch to batch. This is part of the character of genuine beeswax.
Beeswax Candle Making
Beeswax has been used to make candles for centuries and is a wonderful material for traditional candle making.
Use our British beeswax to experiment with dipped candles, moulded candles, rolled candles and creative beeswax candle designs.
If you're completely new to candle making, you can also learn the craft with us in person at The Wild Bee's Beeswax Candle Making Workshop in Surrey.
